Acne is a very commonly occurring skin condition that affects most of the people at some or the other point of time in their lives. Acne Vulgaris, acne mechanica, acne rosacea, baby acne, comedonal acne, back acne, and genital acne are some variations of acne. Some of the names are self explanatory like baby acne and back acne. However, acne rosacea affects people past middle age. Acne vulgaris is when the symptoms of acne are pretty mild. Comedonal acne is when ugly black heads of considerable size appear and take longer time to heal up. Acne mechanica is said to be a result of constant stress faced by the skin. For example, skin tight straps, non breathing nylon garments, tight boots, long exposure to heat are triggers for this acne.
